We are highly experienced consultants in wound care. Sarah Gardner, Director for WoundMatters Ltd, worked clinically in the NHS for 39 years before setting up the business. Much of that time was spent in a community setting with the last 12 years leading a specialist Tissue Viability team in Oxfordshire. In that time, Sarah has developed a wide portfolio of experience in her field. In addition to her clinical role with patients, this includes quality improvement work with Academic Health Science Networks (AHSN), NHSi and NHS England (National Strategy Wound Care Programme). She has worked in partnership with Industry on expert panels and educational projects and is currently vice chair of the Legs Matter coalition, representing the Tissue Viability Society.

WoundMatters is passionate about making a difference to those unfortunate to be at risk of or experiencing a non-healing wound and the clinicians or individuals caring for that person. We will do this through a number of ways.
